At Sacred Vapors, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our ceremonial tools and shamanic products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to support your experience.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.
Return Process
- To begin a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Opened or used diffusers, oils, or other hygiene-sensitive items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item please contact us to arrange.
